Doctor-led emergency plans that prevent avoidable hospital trips

Clear, expert plans that give every vulnerable patient a voice, dignity, and protection: so when something goes wrong, everyone knows what matters and what to do next.

From Pain to Purpose: A Doctor’s Promise to Families Like Mine

When my wife’s mother died from a brain tumour, even with medical training we had no plan, no shared wishes, and no guidance. We had to guess during the hardest moments of her life. That changed everything.

After nearly a decade on the NHS frontline and a rare mix of cross-specialty experience, I built My Emergency Plan to make sure families, carers, and patients never face that uncertainty again.

What We Believe:
A Voice. Dignity. Protection.

We create clear, clinician-led emergency care plans so patients can stay where they’re most comfortable and teams can act with confidence.

Think of someone you love or care for…Now ask yourself:

  • Do you know what their wishes are if something goes wrong?

  • Are you sure their carers, GP, or the ambulance team know?

  • Do they have a clear, expert-guided plan in place?

Most people don’t.
And the cost of that uncertainty can be heartbreaking.

Early Results:

  • All plans in our recent audit aligned with patient and family wishes.

  • Hospital admissions fell by over 70 percent.

  • Everyone who died did so in comfortable, calm settings, not in hospital.
